Weekdays only. The Annex is the lower level of Gilbert Lodge, with mirrored walls for movement classes, rehearsals, and yoga, plus tables and chairs for breaks. Air conditioning · downstairs bathroom · Wi-Fi $35 per hour, no minimum. Due 30 days before your event: a $300 refundable cleaning/damage deposit and a Certificate of Liability Insurance showing $100,000 coverage ($1,000,000 if alcohol is served)

Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel within 30 days for a full refund. Following the 30 days, you must contact the Township Office to cancel, and the deposit you have paid will be kept.
