Gilbert Lodge is a 3,000 sq ft space for meetings, receptions, family gatherings, and celebrations. It includes a large common room with natural light, a fully equipped commercial kitchen with cookware and utensils, and the mirrored annex downstairs. Capacity 250 (180 banquet, 250 theater) · air conditioning · gas fireplace · outdoor patio · Wi-Fi Weekdays (Monday - Thursday) $296 for the 4-hour minimum, then $74 per additional hour. Weekends (Friday - Sunday) $384 for the 4-hour minimum, then $96 per additional hour. All reservations have a mandatory $300 refundable cleaning/damage deposit applied- that is refunded following your event as long as it is left in the proper condition. A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required 30 days prior to your event- If alcohol is present, an additional refundable alcohol deposit of 50% of the rental cost also applies.
